We love Chef James from Friend that Cooks. The service is incredibly reasonable in cost and customized to dietary preferences (I'm a vegetarian, my husband is an omnivore). I also have a number of food allergies, and a ton of preferences around spice level.

We want to eat healthy, home-cooked meals, but my husband and I both have busy jobs, and we have a 15-month-old.

Meal prep could take hours out of your Sunday. Chef James does the planning, grocery shopping, cooking, and cleaning up and packages the meals into individual portion containers we can pop in the microwave or take to work as our lunch for the day.

We've tried various meal delivery services in the past, but none could match the unique value of Chef James' customized meals. It's like having a personal chef who caters to our specific dietary preferences and needs.

I'd recommend trying this service ASAP.

Chef Amy Cunningham has been amazing to work with. Not only is her service great, her food delicious, and her clean-up thorough, but she is a delightful person as well. We love her creative dishes that expand our kids’ palates, and we appreciate her ability to sneak extra vegetables into meals our kids love. If you have a busy schedule and want easy, healthy, delicious meals instead of fast food between school and extracurricular activities, we highly recommend hiring Chef Amy. She has been a life-changer!

Chef Sedona was incredibly accommodating for a dinner party. She was excellent to work with, timely and very professional. The menu she created was excellent and the meal was so delicious. Highly recommend her services!

I recently hired a home Chef Marcos to cook dinner meals for my family, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The food was prepared to perfection and absolutely delicious. He even incorporated my husband’s deer meat. Not only that, but Chef Marcos was punctual, friendly, and a pleasure to have in our home. It was such a relief to have healthy, delicious meals ready to enjoy without the hassle of cooking. I highly recommend this chef to anyone looking for a convenient and delicious dining experience. Five stars all around! I look forward to see what he prepares next week!

I can't speak highly enough of Chef Angie and FTC. With two small kids and two FT jobs, planning and making meals is stressful. We manage multiple severe food allergies, including dairy and egg, so we can't rely on take-out in pinch. We were stuck feeding the kids the same thing each week, and ordering a late dinner in for the adults. Chef Angie worked with us to develop recipes and protocol to keep our meals safe, as well delicious. Her meals encourage our kids to try new things, and give us the peace of mind that they are made in our own kitchen with no risk of cross contamination. It's amazing to walk to into our house on FTC day to a hot meal and a clean kitchen. Chef Angie has saved us money, time and stress, and it's also been great getting to know her. We appreciate everything about Angie and FTC.

Got to shout out one of the hardest working Chefs at this company, Chef Damar Wilson. He is always surprising us with the best of the best. Today he cooked Gumbo, would have thought I was on Bourbon St in New Orleans. Thanks Chef Damar for taking such great care of my family.

Chef Nolen provided an amazing poolside lunch for our teaching faculty! The menu selections included a variety of fresh ingredients and catered to all dietary needs. What a way to start off our school year! Thank you, Chef Nolen. We look forward to making this a new tradition for our school.

Haven't tried Friend That Cooks yet? You don't know what you are missing. Chef Damar cooks up 4 hearty meals and a dessert for us each week and it never gets old. These aren't just basic meals, these are well thought out meals made with a lot of love and respect for his craft. I would recommend Chef Damar as the best Chef in the St. LOUIS AREA. He brings his A game every week. Thanks Chef Damar!

Mason is God sent! We started with Friend that Cooks a little over a year ago and it was truly the best decision we have made in our household. With my husband and my crazy work schedules and wanting to spend as much time with our family as possible and not in the kitchen, this service has been such a game changer. Not only are Masons meals awesome, I am also saving money because I am not going to the grocery store every week, multiple times a week and making my same four things over and over again. Mason listens to what we are craving that week or I let him do his thing and he creates delicious meals.
