LOVE, LOVE Amanda in Omaha! She's as sweet as pie, super easy to work with, and a joy to have around. The food is excellent and she always stays in my budget.

Jane is doing a terrific job cooking for us. The food is well prepared and delicious. But what makes Jane special is the attention she pays to our likes and dislikes. I was worried (at first) that she would be insulted if a dish wasn't our favorite or we liked red sauce over green sauce. But she was not the least bit defensive and made adjustments to our eating preferences. I also like how she uses what is on hand and offers to freeze leftovers for us. Thank you Jane!

Jonelle is fabulous. We have been a client of Friend That Cooks for about a year now. The food is fresh and delicious with lots of variety. Our grocery shopping and weekly meal menu is totally taken care of. This has been fantastic creating more time freedom. We are very happy clients and have referred our friends and family.

Jacob is SUPER...not only is he an amazing and creative cook...he has a wonderful personality! We will use him again at our dinner parties.

Chef Jacob has been a real asset to our family! With a new baby in the house and big sister who needs to be at school and activities, time is tight for our family. We had planned on only using this service a couple of weeks to get us through the newborn phase, but after eating all of the fantastic foods that Jacob cooked up, we decided to keep going. We are a little picky about having really good food, and were a little skeptical about this whole thing, but Jacob has met and exceeded the challenge with bold flavours from a variety of ethnic cuisines pleasing even our little budding foodie. What a relief to have such delicious and well-balanced meals waiting for us when we're all tired and hungry. Jacob also has such a great personality, that it really does feel like having a friend coming to visit every week. I am recommending this service to anyone who will listen!!

Jacob Wright - Jacob has been with our family for 2 months and it has been such a treat! We enjoy having him in our home every wk and look forward to his incredible food! He is able to accommodate any special health needs and does it with a smile! Having Jacob in our home has well exceeded our expectations! He is an amazing cook!

When our daughter got married, Jacob Wright prepared her rehearsal dinner. It was exactly what she and the groom wanted. He worked enthusiasticly worth the couple to ensure their complete satisfaction. Everything was unique AND delicious!

I've had Jacob cook for me a few times now and everytime was better then the last! His creativeness that he puts into his food, is just out of this world.

We have been fortunate to have Jacob in our kitchen since August 2017. Since then, dinners have been so much more efficient as we work around our commute and the schedule of our two year old son. Knowing we are just a quick warmup away from a full meal, we are able to enjoying/survive our evenings with a toddler without cramming in a PB&J or junk food after getting him down for the night. From the beginning, Jacob was responsive and accommodating to our requests; and he most certainly didn't mind expanding our culinary tastes either. He also left detailed instructions to finish off the meals, be they in the microwave Most importantly, he embraces feedback and doesn't mind if a dish he prepared didn't quite hit its mark for us. What I also found interesting is how Jacob was able to sift through our pantry and refrigerator for ingredients we had on hand and, unlike us, find ways to utilize them in his dishes. This skill also helped us in keeping our grocery costs down as well. We came to trust Jacob a great deal and will miss him as we are leaving Kansas City later this month. Even our son forged a bond with Jacob as well; they would compare socks in the evenings when their paths crossed. Thanks again, Jacob!
