Personal Chef Reviews

Ofir always has new recipes to try when we’re feeling indecisive about what we want for the week, or any recipe found online I’ll print and he’ll always make it and they’re always delicious!!

Ofir makes a great chilli! He’s a pretty good cook, no complaints!

Brian was kind, punctual, and professional, and he prepared some of the best-tasting dishes we’ve experienced from a personal chef service. The quality of the food was consistently exceptional, and it was clear he put a lot of care into each meal. We especially enjoyed the variety and how well everything was prepared. We’d absolutely recommend Brian to anyone looking for a talented and dependable personal chef.

Chef Ofir has rescued our family from the daunting task of figuring out what to eat every day. He can make anything we ask including different cuisines like Thai, French and Indian. My favorite is his macaroni and cheese but everything is delicious. And when we cannot think of what we want to eat, he is very helpful in helping us collaborate on a menu together. We could not imagine life without him!

Chef Camille is the best! I'm not sure how I survived before she started cooking for our family - we eat so much healthier now and enjoy her food so much! Dinnertime has become much more peaceful and enjoyable than it was in the past thanks to Camille, I recommend her to everyone I know!

We love Dana!! She has made our lives 10000000x better and has drastically improved our mental health and daily lives all while helping us eat healthy food!!

Camille Spaccapaniccia has been working at my house for the last month or so now and, wow, has she been great. She comes up with very creative entrees each week that are spectacularly good. She makes everything look so easy from start to finish. I'm bragging about what she does to all my friends, who quite frankly, are jealous that I'm getting chef made in-home meals that are so good. Camille rocks!

Before I started using friends that cook we were having prepared meals delivered. They have their own set of problems such as variety, ingredients etc. when I found Friends that cook I was so excited! Literally a life saver for us. Ofir is amazing. He listens to my family, laughs with us when we argue over what we want and makes great suggestions. He’s honest, never gets upset about our small dogs and just makes us feel at ease around him. Ofir, thank you for bringing great food into our lives and taking giving us one less thing g to worry about!!! We appreciate you.

Chef Ofir has worked with us for two years and is a life saver. With kids in school and two working parents in our household, knowing that we can have delicious and healthy meals almost every night. I was reluctant to sign up due to the expense but we've found it to be reasonable when we factor in the amount we were eating out and our reliance on prepared/semi-prepared components to save time. I appreciate Ofir being willing to hear our feedback on what works and what didn't (especially with the kids). The biggest endorsement is that the kids are always willing to try something new from Chef Ofir. Ofir has also surged when we've needed it to support a dinner party on one week or help us with preparing some components of holiday meals so we can focus on the ones we want to be in charge of. All in all, I have no regrets signing up and feel grateful to have Ofir's support for our family.

Chef Ofir is excellent at his profession. Chef Ofir identifies healthy, balanced meals and prepares a diverse array of foods. When we need specialized menus for events or special occasions, Chef Ofir welcomes our requests, providing exactly what we want. When we need suggestions, he offers recommendations based on the audience.

Chef Ofir has worked with our large family since 2023. The meals help to consistently expose our whole family — children, parents, and grandparents — to a wide variety of dishes, spices, vegetables, and meats. The meals are easy to serve, which means that any adult can easily transition everyone in the house to a sit-down dinner with the family. This meal preparation also frees us to give more attention to our relationships in the precious time that we have together.

We are incredibly grateful for Chef Ofir and what he offers to our family.
