Here is the last sushi dish I made for the anniversay cooking lesson dinner. It's a maki roll made with REAL crab (not that fake surimi crab you find at most sushi restaurants), cream cheese, fresh jalapeno, cucumber and green onion, rolled into crispy seaweed and seasoned sushi rice, then covered in panko bread crumbs and pan fried until crispy.
