Spicy tuna oshi sushi

This is a spicy tuna sushi dish made "oshi" style, where the sushi is built in a mold, then cut into sections. It has rice seasoned with a special dark Asian cooking wine, dried seaweed, sushi grade Ahi tuna mixed with sriracha and mayo, and diced cucumber. The sushi is built into a plastic wrap lined mold with toppings on the bottom and rice on the top so that the rice comes out on bottom when the mold is turned over. After removing from the mold, you cut it into sections.
