Do you have a healthy harvest of tomatoes but unsure what to do with them? Salsas always fun but what about stuffing it? These quinoa, mozzarella, basil, spinach stuffed tomatoes are to die for and totally worth trying. #personalchefs #deliciousness

Some Tips: 
  • Use large tomoatoes with flat bottoms so they arent tempted to roll away.
  • Drain the water from the tomatoes.
  • Beef flesh or Veal is used for stuffed tomatoes. It is made up of bread, milk, meat and tomato flesh. All well peppery and salty. It must be compact without being dry. If your stuffing is not holding up well, add a beaten egg.
