Paleo philly cheese steak with cashew cream cheese...yes, cashew cream cheese!

This dreamy dairy-free cheese will make you a believer. The combination of flavors are so delicious, you won’t miss the dairy at all. Plus, no Cheez Whiz or bun to drag you down! It's so easy too!


Soak your cashews in hot water for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in cool water. Drain and rinse them, and put them in the food processor. Add water and salt, blend until smooth. Nutritional yeast and lemon juice are also popular add-ins to add flavor. Taste & scrape sides as needed for a consistant smooth texture. Add more ingredients until you reach your desired flavor. Enjoy!
