This light & refreshing salad is bursting with flavor. It’s literally summer in a bowl!

Loaded caprese salad with roasted shrimp, fresh ciliegine mozzarella, English cucumber, orange cherry tomatoes, little Peruvian peppers and a heavy drizzle of balsamic gelee and fresh basil oil.
