These banana nut frozen yogurt bars are the epitome of after school snack stardom! They’re made from healthy ingredients but taste like a scrumptious dessert. You’ll feel great serving them to your kids...and yourself!

Recipe:
2 vanilla noosa yogurts
2 bananas
Chopped peanuts & walnuts
And sometimes chocolate chips

Take a small sheet tray, cover it in Saran Wrap, then chop up the banana small & mix with the yogurt. Spread it about 1/2 inch thick over the tray & sprinkle with nuts and chocolate. Freeze for 2 hours, then cut into bars.

Try making these with strawberries, coconut or any flavor you desire! They are extremely versatile and the options are endless!
