To Paleo or Not

image Whether or not you follow a Paleo diet, we can all agree we need to eat more vegetables. As fall sets in, our vegetable choices here in the Midwest will change. Don't like Brussels sprouts? Maybe not the way your mom over steamed them when you were a kid! Try roasting them with garlic and bacon! Always wanted to try spaghetti squash? It's super simple, and a great substitute for noodles! There are as many ways to prepare as there are choices out there. Pick a new one to try this season.
