Friend That Cooks blog. The mushroom salad is made with blanched brussel sprouts, fresh mushrooms, steamed turnips, yellow pepper, onion, fresh garlic, truffle oil (Roland brand found at Hyvee) and white balsamic vinegar. The snapper was sauteed simply in olive oil with salt and pepper.
