Chicken green chile

Roast chicken green chile with sauteed carrots, celery, onion and poblano peppers. The vegetables are sauteed with cumin, chili powder, coriander, thyme, fresh garlic, salt, pepper and onion powder. I stew it all in chicken stock and finish it with fresh cilantro.
