93% lean beef to keep the recipe healthier, mixed 60/40 (1.6 lb total) with locally made spicy Italian sausage, fine diced onion, chopped fresh garlic, fresh basil, worcestershire, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, bread crumbs and egg.
