Tender flank steak marinated in Worcestershire, soy sauce and aged Colavita balsamic vinegar, then pan seared and served over Orson pasta with cherry tomatoes, lemon butter, fresh basil and grated Parmesan. It's drizzled with some of the marinade reduced with extra balsamic. www.friendthatcooks.com
