Here is a scratch made bierock I made for one of our Weekly Meal Prep customers. I sauteed some onion, cabbage and ground beef with celery seed, carraway seed, paprika, nutmeg and garlic. I added in some flour and browned to make a rous in the mixture, then added some beef stock to make a light gravy in the mixture to keep them moist and delicious. I wrapped the mixture in a fresh made yeast dough, brushed with egg and baked until golden brown. The bierock was served with braised cabbage.
