Here's a pic of a turkey meatloaf I made for one of our weekly meal prep customers. I mixed some cumin, tumeric, coriander, cardamom, clove, garlic, salt and pepper in with ground turkey, worcestershire, bread crumbs and egg, then mixed to form a meatloaf and baked until the crust was crisp. I served it with a vine ripe tomato basil sauce, steamed brussel sprouts and saffron rice. Yum.
