London seared flat iron steak picture

Flat iron steak marinated in worcestershire, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar with thyme, onion powder, cracked pepper and salt. Seared in a hot pan to rare and sliced thin. Served with roasted Yukon Gold potatoes and green beans with fresh mushrooms.
