Sweet and sour chicken with steamed rice and fresh pineapple

Chunks of fresh chicken stirfried in mirin and peanut oil, then tossed in a sauce made from apple, orange and pineapple juice thickened with tomato paste and seasoned with rice vinegar, salt and sugar. Fresh pineapple, red bell pepper, green bell pepper and onion are tossed in at the last minute so they don't get soggy before the stirfry is reheated.
