We're happy to welcome our new family in Raytown to our weekly meal prep service! We started service today and I made 11 portions of chicken vindaloo with basmati rice and spicy mint sauce, 12 portions of buffalo ragu with parsleyed egg noodles, 10 portions of classic Italian meatloaf with yellow lentil pilaf and steamed green beans, 4 portions of horseradish crusted tilapia with roasted turnips and sweet peas, and a fresh baked loaf of banana bread.
