One of my favorite dishes to cook and eat. This light version of braised beef ragu is stewed for 2 1/2 hours with seared chuck roast chunks, fresh mushrooms, onion, garlic and tomatoes, fresh thyme and marjoram, and low sodium Kitchen Basics beef stock. The taglietelle noodles are homemade and fresh.
