Paleo recipe made for a Weekly Meal Prep customer who is on a fitness program following the Paleo diet. I dusted a fresh chicken breast with coriander, salt and pepper then pan seared it. It's served with cabbage, onions, red and yellow baby bell peppers steeped in a Thai broth of coconut milk, fish sauce, lime juice, fresh ginger, garlic, curry spices and agave syrup.
