Here is another article that once again reinforces the importance of healthy habits over diets. At Friend that Cooks, we intentionally avoid things like corn syrup and sodium that are snuck into the majority of prepared foods by cooking our own food from scratch. Unless our customers have a specific dietary restriction or nutrition designed for a specific competitive need, we usually try to just keep it fresh, appropriately portioned and generally healthy. Eating well doesn't have to be a sacrifice.
