As requested, here is the draw marinara sauce recipe Chef Rebecca prepared for a Food for Thought raw food demo in Wichita: Ingredients: 1.5 cups raw tomato, roughly chopped 2 tsp medjool dates, pitted (about 2) 1 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp dried rosemary 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil Process: Combine everything but the olive oil in a blender and blend on high until mixed well. Add the olive oil and blend until emulsified. Taste and add more salt if needed.
